Pre-Orders
At Pulse Collectables, we offer pre-orders on selected exclusive and upcoming products so that our customers can secure high-demand items ahead of their official release. This premium service gives you peace of mind knowing that your order is locked in and will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available or as per publisher guidelines.
We are collectors too — and we know how important it is to guarantee your spot for limited release TCG products, trading cards, and collectibles.
Please review the following terms and conditions before placing a pre-order.
Estimated Release Dates (ETAs)
We aim to provide accurate release dates for all pre-order products listed on our website. These Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) are typically included at the top of the product description.
However, please be aware that ETAs are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. This may include publisher delays, international shipping disruptions, manufacturing issues, or supply chain constraints. In the event of a delay, we will update the product listing and notify affected customers if the delay exceeds two months.
Dispatch & Delivery of Pre-Order Items
All pre-order products will be dispatched or made available for in-store pickup once stock is received at our warehouse, unless a strict publisher release date applies. In such cases, dispatch will occur on or after the official release date, in compliance with publisher or distributor policy.
Mixed Orders: Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item becomes available.
If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, please contact our customer care team to split the order. A separate shipping fee will apply for the newly created pre-order shipment.
Multiple Pre-Orders in One Transaction
If you place an order containing multiple pre-order products with different release dates, your order will be shipped only once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
To receive items as they become available, you may contact customer care to split your order. Additional shipping charges will apply to each separate shipment created.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please reach out to our customer care team with your order number as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but cancellations may not be possible if your request is made within three days of the product’s official release.
Please note that cancellation eligibility is also subject to our standard Returns Policy.
Product Allocation, Shortages & Cancellations
Occasionally, due to supplier limitations or unexpected allocation cuts, we may receive less stock than anticipated. In such cases, we reserve the right to reduce or cancel pre-orders, either partially or in full. Pre-orders will typically be fulfilled in the order they were received, but final allocations are at our discretion.
If your pre-order is affected by a shortage or cancellation, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund for any item we are unable to supply.
